Meet Dr. Andy Lake

Andy Lake is a devoted husband, loving father, and a dedicated pastor. And, yes in that order. He has been married to his best friend since 2006, and loves every minute of it. He has 3 wonderful children, that he adores and enjoys spending time with one on one as well as in a group setting.

Andy seeks to live out what he teaches. He welcomes constructive criticism, and encourages people to help him be the man of God that his family and church need him to be.

Through certain situations in his life, he felt the Lord leading him to become better equipped to counsel. He has made it his life ambition to pursue an understanding of Biblical principles and how to apply them to every situation of life. As a result, Pastor Andy has studied extensively to become the best counselor he can be. He holds a Bachelor of Christian Counseling, a Master of Christian Counseling, and is a Licensed Christian Marriage and Family Therapist by the Federal Association of Christian Counselors and Therapists. In addition to this, he has also earned his Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Studies and hopes to soon begin writing.

He says, “I truly believe God’s Word supplies all we need to live a good and successful life. Either I believe the Bible is true, or I don’t.”

Pastor Andy believes that results are truly up to the individual. He does not guarantee results in a general sense. However he does say, “If a person takes God at His Word and puts it into practice, God guarantees results.”
